I'm really proud of myself this morning. I got up early, albeit sluggishly, and popped in the Leslie Sansone Walk and Jog DVD that I got from Netflix.
As corny as her DVDs are, I really really love Leslie Sansone. On those days when I really don't feel like being a fit healthy person I can put on one of her DVDs and get a butt kicking.The trick to Leslie Sansone is that you are "just" walking and thats what gets you to put it in and start. By the end of workout, usually about 30 minutes, you've put in some milage and come out sweating.

The camera flash washes away a lot of the red, unfortunately.
I don't know about the rest of you but I get RED! People have stopped me at the gym to ask if I was okay. "Yeah I'm good" usually means "Of course I'm okay, I'm dying but I just did an hour on the eliptical... I'm Warrior Woman!!"
No HYC update just yet. It'll have to wait till this evening. I really should be working at work. Ya think?

I LOVE Leslie! Yes, she is totally corny, but her workouts are great! My husband makes fun of her laugh whenever I put on one of her DVDs, but I don't care because I am burning away the fat! Woohoo to your workout!
I get beet red, too. One reason I'm glad I don't exercise at the gym. :-) You are awesome!

I have some of Leslie's DVD's but have yet to put one on.
